India tour of England: Rishabh Pant breaks the record of MS Dhoni’s most Test centuries

Rishabh Pant after surpassing Dhoni’s record of six Test centuries in just 144 innings has fastly risen to the top. MS Dhoni had scored 6 centuries in 144 Test innings. During India’s first Test against England at Headingley Indian wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant has created history. He made this history by completed his 7th Test hundred and his century makes him the wicketkeeper-batter with the most Test hundreds for India.

Pant’s century came in 143 balls on Day 2 of the Test match as Pant and Shubman Gill look to take the visitors past 500 runs today. Hitting 10 boundaries and 3 sixes to get the feat. In the ongoing 1st Test, Rishabh Pant is the third batsman to score a century, following Yashasvi Jaiswal (101) and Shubman Gill, who is currently batting alongside him at 143 right now.
