Asia Cup 2025: Is Sanju Samson injured? Samson’s wife hospital update traces alarm before Asia Cup 2025

BCCI was announced the Team India’s 15-player squad for upcoming Men’s T20 Asia Cup in the UAE earlier this week. Sanju Samson was named in Team India. Sanju Samson is currently representing Kochi Blue Tigers in the ongoing Kerala Cricket League 2025 season.

However, some weeks prior to the launch of the multinational incident, as per social media update of the Samson’s wife Charulatha Ramesh, Samson was spotted at a hospital.

Charulatha Ramesh shares concerning post

Wife of Indian wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson, Charulatha Ramesh shared a message for fans through her social media account on 21 August. Charulatha Ramesh shared a image of her husband Sanju Samson in which he is laying on a hospital bed with medical strips on his hand.

In the caption, Samson’s wife mentioned the afternoon time, but didn’t described the injury of Samson. His post traced a sense of alarm among fans of Sanju Samson, with many alleging that sanju Samson might have sustained an injury during the ongoing KCL 2025 season.

According to source close to Sanju Samson reported that the Sanju was admitted to the hospital for some rest since he had suffered a fever.

Even so, Samson still played for the Kochi Blue Tigers later that evening versus the Trivandrum Royals at the Greenfield International Stadium Thiruvananthapuram in the second match of the tournament, while Sanju Samson did not get a chance of batting,

For the Asia Cup 2025 Sanju Samson will soon be expected to take flight for the UAE along with his teammates. For the continental event next month here is a look at the Indian squad.
