Samson has made three 100s and two 50s with his best of 111 with 861 runs in 38 T20I innings at an average of 25.32 and strike rate of 152.39. Samson is surely custom for T20I format. He is no longer a youngster in the side as he turns 31 this year.
Samson will look to make a good sense and build on his chances of include in the T20 World Cup squad in 2026. He was a part of squad that won the 2024 edition of T20 World Cup, but he did not play a single match. Samson will desire to change that and help Indian team retain the title.
