As per media report, In a post-midnight WhatsApp message, PCB spokesperson Aamir Mir said Pakistani media that a final decision on participation of Pakistan had not yet been taken.

The message read ” Consultations are underway in this regard and a final decision will be taken by today (Wednesday),”

“The decision will be taken keeping in mind the interest of Pakistan.”

The statement, though cautious, proposes that a boycott is still not off the table,keeping unpredictability alive ahead of crucial matches of Pakistan.
