India vs South Africa day 4 second Test: Simon Harmer taken the wicket of KL Rahul. India has lost two wickets in the second inning of the 2nd Test. Earlier with the help of 94 runs of Tristian Stubb took South Africa to 260/5 in the second inning of the second Test of two match Test series against India on Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati on Tuesday. Now, India needs 549 runs to level the series.

Earlier, in the first innings of the second test lower order of the Proteas made the bowlers of India toil hard on a pitch that Kuldeep Yadav called a road with the help of spin, with Senuran Muthusamy, a all-rounder who scored his maiden century while pacer Marco Jansen banged 93. Kuldeep Yadav has taken 4 wickets for 115 runs. Batters of India, yet reeling from their below-par batting show on the unpredictable Eden Gardens pitch, will look to prepare the most out of a far better batter-friendly surface in Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati, which is hosting its first-ever Test.
