After the car accident of Rishabh Pant in which he suffered injuries to his forehead and legs in December 2022 on the Delhi-Dehradun highway in his first test match Pant scored 109 to help inspire a 280-run win.
Former Pakistan’s pacer Wasim Akram has hailed Rishabh Pant on his comeback to the longest format of cricket during India Bangladesh Test that saw the Pant score his sixth hundred in the format.
Speaking to reporters, Wasim Akram told, ” Look at Pant’s performance, the miracle that he has performed by showing he is superhuman by returning from his tragedy. The way his accident happened, we were all worried in Pakistan, I was worried and tweeted about him.”
