Will Mayank Yadav play today match?

Due to multiple injury setbacks promising Indian fast bowler Mayank Yadav missed plenty of action. At first, Mayank Yadav comforted a back injury while sidelined him from the first some matches.

When Mayank Yadav was on timely recovery, a freak toe injury further delayed his timely recovery. However, after total restoration at Centre of Excellence of BCCI in Bengaluru, Mayank Yadav finally got fitness clearance to take part in the IPL 2025 season.

He joined the LSG squad earlier this week and started his training with all other players of LSG. Lucknow SuperGiants social media team released a video in which Mayank Yadav was seen operating at full throttle and with fine-tuning his bowling skills.

Therefore, considering Mayank seems to fit and recovered from the injuries, he will likely make it into playing XI of LSG against Rajasthan Royals.

If Mayank Yadav returns to playing XI of LSG then who will be dropped?

In the absence of Mayank Yadav, Shardul Thakur, Avesh Khan and Akash Deep formed LSG’s pace trio. If the pacer Mayank Yadav plays tonight match, the LSG might remove one player between Avesh Khan and Akash Deep, as Shardul Thakur has chipped in with regular breakthroughs.
