Latest points table and standings from the Men’s Hockey Asia Cup 2025, as Asia’s top teams and India fight for World Cup qualification. At the Bihar sports university Hockey stadium in Rajgir the 12th edition of the Men’s Hockey Asia Cup 2025 is in progress from 29 August 2025 to 7 September 2025.
The tournament which is organized by the Asian Hockey Federation (AHF) having eight teams which are divided into two pools, and from each group top two teams progressing to the Super 4s stage.
This Asia Cup is specially important as the winner can directly qualified for the 2026 FIH Men’s Hockey World Cup which will organized in the Belgium and Netherlands.
Host India are searching to reclaim power over a continent on home ground while South Korea, who is the defending champions from 2022,are focusing to maintain their crown.
Format of Tournament
Preliminary Round: 2 Pools (A & B), 4 teams each.
Super 4s: From each pool top 2 teams qualify.Final & 3rd
Final & 3rd Place playoff: Finalize after the Super 4s.
Classification Matches: Finalize ranking for 5th-8th places.
