Former Indian cricket team star Aakash Chopra trusts that it is highly doubtful that Rinku Singh will feature in Asia Cup 2025. Rinku Singh did not have a wonderful tour in domestic cricket and even unable to influence for Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. But, Rinku Singh was still a member of the 15-member squad for the Asia Cup 2025. Aakash Chopra during his analysis on YouTube, he told that with Jitesh Sharma and Hardik Pandya in the side, Rinku Singh will not a member of squad. Alternatively, he told that Shivam Dube can end up featuring for the team at No. 7. “It’s a good question. His number will come, but it can’t come so soon because there is no place,” he told.
He again told “Rinku Singh, as a finisher, will be sitting out currently, and Shivam Dube will probably play at No. 7 if he gets a chance to play. Hardik Pandya and Jitesh Sharma are there. Where is the place?”
Meantime, Madan Lal who was former Indian Cricketer supported the Indian cricket team to win the Asia Cup 2025 title and told that spinner Kuldeep Yadav should part of the squad in the playing XI.
