IPL 2025 prize money: On Tuesday in Indian Premier League final in Ahmedabad Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) defeated Punjab Kings (PBKS) to win their maiden title. Virat Kohli was the top scorer with 43(35).
Rs 20 crores received by RCB as IPL 2025 prize money, while PBKS received Rs 12.5 crores. Including the Orange and Purple Cap winners all individual winners were received a sum of Rs 10 lakh each.
As compare to the inaugural edition of IPL in 2008 the IPL prize money has observed a massive increase. In that time winners were given Rs 4.8 crore, whereas the runners-up received Rs 2.4 crore.
