Before, Harshit Rana returned figures of 3 for 25 as Kolkata Knight Riders bowled out Punjab Kings for 111 after getting bowl first. Sunil Narine (2 for 14) and Varun Chakaravarthy (2 for 21) claimed two wickets each.

The Shreyas Iyer-led side team Punjab Kings got off to a flying start as Prabhsimran Singh and Priyansh Arya scored 39 runs for the first wicket in 3.1 overs but Rana rocked Punjab Kings with a double-wicket over. Punjab Kings put on a magical show to record an exciting win.
