Royal Challengers Bengaluru after winning the IPL championship have brought the trophy of IPL 2025 and meeting with Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah was planned at Chinnaswamy Stadium. However, unpredictability persists over the open-top bus parade to Chinnaswamy Stadium with heavy crowd and sudden rush situation created near the stadium.
The victory celebrations were planned to include an open-top bus parade from the Vidhana Soudha to the Chinnaswamy Stadium but that parade was cancelled but a small celebration was still organised at a packed Chinnaswamy Stadium in which RCB skipper Rajat Patidar and Virat Kohli talked to the crowd and the team then did a rapid lap of honour with the trophy.

RCB players along with Virat Kohli told on Tuesday night itself that they will be celebrating the title with fans in the city of Bengaluru the next day. Whether the victory parade would happen or not there was uncertainty on parade throughout the day. When the Bengaluru Traffic Police told in an advisory that there will be no parade, then RCB told on X that it will take place from 5pm IST. The franchise had even told on X that parade was to be done in an open-top bus, even that Bengaluru traffic police continued to not mention it in their advisories. The open-top bus had also reached the Vidhana Soudha for brining players to the stadium but suddenly they cancelled travelling in the team buses that they had been using all day to the Chinnaswamy Stadium.
