ODI squad announcement of India ODI for SA series highlights: KL Rahul appointed captain, Ruturaj Gaikwad back in the squad

Highlights of India ODI and T20I squads announcement: Ajit Agarkar-led selection committee announced the ODI squad for the South Africa series. Ruturaj Gaikwad made his long-expected ODI comeback. In the absence of Shubman Gill, KL Rahul was appointed the stand-in captain. After two years, Ruturaj Gaikwad is back in the ODI team, along with him Rishabh Pant, Tilak Varma and Ravindra Jadeja have also made their ODI comeback. Shubman Gill and Shreyas Iyer will miss the series due to injuries. Axar Patel has been released from the team. The three ODIs between India and South Africa will be played on 30 November, 3 December and 6 December.
