Rinku Khanchand singh is an Indian cricketer.He is a left handed middle order batsman and part-time right-handed off break bowler.Rinku plays for U.P. in domestic cricket and for Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL.He made his International debut for India in August 2023, when he played against Ireland at the village.
Rinku singh was born into a poor family. His father Khanchandra worked in an LPG distribution company. In early life Rinku was living in two room quarter near Aligarh stadium in Aligarh UP. The accommodation was provided by his father employers.
Rinku Singh started playing Cricket around a decade ago. He was selected in UP’s under-16 team in 2013.After few years he was selected in UP’s under-19 team for his talent as an aggressive batsman.Brother of an auto-rickshaw driver and son of LPG delivery man Rinku singh struggle quite in his young days to make it this stage.
IPL Career :
In 2017 Feb, Rinku was bought at auction by Kings XI Punjab for the 2017 Indian Premier League. He was bought by KKR in 80L in IPL 2018.
