As both Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya are expected to be in the Indian team for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, squad for ICC Champions Trophy still to be announced. Rohit Sharma will captained the Indian cricket team for Champions Trophy.

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya were watched training together at the Mumbai nets ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 which will started from 19th February 2025. While Rohit Sharma has joined the Mumbai Ranji Trophy team a few days back, Baroda with his Mumbai Indians colleagues, all-rounder Hardik was also seen training at the Reliance Corporate Park in Navi Mumbai as they trained under lights.

In the previous season of IPL, Hardik Pandya took over the Mumbai Indians captaincy from Rohit, bowled to his ex. MI captain. Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma was caught playing late cuts and pull shots. Actually, the right handed hitted a spinner for a six over mix-wicket.

Rohit Sharma has managed severe criticism in the Test series versus Australia and New Zealand currently. The Indian opener Rohit scored just 31 runs in three matches against Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy and had to skip himself from the final Test in Sydney due to his poor form recently.

With the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 and the upcoming One day International series versus England in horizon, it is very critical for Rohit Sharma to get back into form. Earlier, media reported that Rohit will not take part in the ODIs against England, along with Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah.

But Rohit is doing practice to get back in form, If he is picked in the ODIs against England, one should not be wondering, which would give him more white-ball practice ahead of the mega event. Especially, Rohit has not played any white-ball matches for India in the previous six months.
